Growth Transformation and Innovation: The Evolution of Management Consulting and Innovation Ecosystem in response to the Greater China Economy

Mr Weiwen Han Bain & Company Senior Partner in Shanghai Office and the Former Managing Partner of Bain’s Greater China Offices 韓微文 先生, 貝恩公司 – 資深全球合夥人, 大中華區前任總裁 Bio Mr Weiwen Han is a leader in the firm’s Private Equity practice and a senior member of the Digital, Consumer Products and Retail practices. Weiwen has more than 20 years of management consulting experience advising leading investment companies, including private equity firms, on their biggest challenges and opportunities. He has helped many mid- and large-sized Chinese companies to develop strategy, improve their performance and upgrade their management capabilities, including organization, operations and IT. Since joining Bain in 2002, Weiwen has served clients in Bain’s Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Los Angeles offices. 韓微文先生是貝恩公司資深全球合夥人,大中華區前任總裁,常駐上海。同時,他還是貝恩公司大中華區私募股權基金業務和消費品及零售業務的資深領導。韓先生擁有20年以上豐富的管理諮詢經驗,其中包括戰略規劃,運營提升,兼併購和組織等。多年來,他領導團隊為國內外領先企業制定可持續的發展戰略,協助他們全面提升績效、改善組織效能、完善流程管理並提高管理能力。同時,韓先生還致力於研究中國民營企業的發展,撰寫了主題為創始人精神、民營企業治理結構、組織專業化等論著。此外,他還是年度《中國購物者報告》和《中國電子商務市場研究》的主要作者之一。韓先生經常受邀參加包括世界經濟論壇、《財富》全球論壇、陸家嘴論壇等在內的重要會議和行業論壇並發表演講。他是《福布斯》中國特約撰稿人,他的觀點常常被《亞洲華爾街日報》、《中國日報》、《第一財經日報》等國內外主流媒體所引用。

Lecture Abstract:

In this lecture, Mr. Weiwen Han will recount his 20-year journey in management consulting, highlighting significant shifts in the Global and Greater China Market. He will discuss how investment firms, companies across various industries, and the management consulting business itself, have adapted and evolved over time. Additionally, Mr. Han’s insights on future business and innovation strategies will inspire us on investments planning, as well as shaping the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem. The lecture will also feature an interactive session with participants, making it a must-attend event for those interested in or aspiring to enter the management consulting sector, or planning their innovation projects.
韓微文先生將在本次講座中回顧他在管理諮詢領域20年，包括全球及大中華區市場重要轉變的歷程。他將探討投資公司、各行業企業以及管理諮詢業務本身如何隨時間適應和演變。此外，韓先生對未來商業和創新策略的見解將啟發我們在投資規劃以及塑造創新與創業生態系統方面的思考。講座還將包括與參與者的互動環節，是對管理諮詢行業有興趣或計畫創新項目的同學一個難得的交流學習機會。
